Based in Toronto, Synergy Networx is the sister company of Synergy Graphix; both are member companies of the Synergy Group ("Synergy"), which was created in January 2008 through the acquisition of Synergy Graphix by Wilder & Associates ("Wilder"), since 1994 a leading provider of Web design, development, and online technologies to financial services and e-commerce companies. Over 250 alternative asset management and financial services clients who manage in excess of $300 billion are supported by technology solutions originally launched by Wilder which are now being developed and supported by Synergy Networx.

The cornerstone of Synergy Networx's suite of services is the Emerald Investor Relations (IR) Web Engine. Emerald is a synergistic software system developed by Wilder & Associates and Synergy Networx specifically for the alternative asset management industry and those companies that serve its managers. Over the last eight years, the Emerald IR Web Engine has been customized for each of its clients in response to the growing demand for transparency and administrative controls. Each Web site, from the most basic solutions to a full Emerald-level deployments, is strategically developed and customized based on the needs and scope of the client's requirements.
Synergy creates Web and other information technology solutions that are designed to advance a firm's business goals by presenting its corporate brand identity, its marketing and investor relations documents, and all of its corporate content and data in coherent and integrated channels – online and offline – that are trackable, auditable, secure. While our solutions are always under our clients’ administrative control, many clients also rely on Synergy to be their content and document manager, updating and maintaining their Web sites and other communications channels.
