| Prior to joining our management team, Joe Randle has been an active entrepreneur involved in a variety of industries. Joe was the owner and CEO of an Import/Export company that he founded in 2001. He was also the founder of a Management Consulting firm that specialized in advising private sector start ups in Western Canada. In addition to organizational development, Joe has developed expertise in strategic planning, process improvement initiatives, and measurable recruitment. Joe was also responsible for designing a CRM database system customized for performance measurement and operations management. |
